Swapped out the old knob on my Dutch oven and this one grips much better, even with wet hands. The 500°F rating gives me peace of mind when I’m roasting. My pot feels like a whole new piece.

The flower shape looks delicate but the metal feels solid, and it’s a huge upgrade over the plastic one—especially since it’s safe up to 500°F. I can actually get a better grip now with the new design, even with wet hands.

Swapped out the old one and the grip is noticeably easier to turn, even with wet hands. It’s held up fine through a few hot bakes, and the flower detail gives the pot a nice touch of charm.
