Heritage Fluted Loaf Pan

Baked a sourdough loaf in it yesterday and the deep capacity gave me the tallest rise I've managed yet, plus the fluted edge made slicing look almost fancy. It went straight from the oven to the table for dinner and no one even asked for a cutting board.
The fluting really holds its shape through a full meatloaf bake, and the loaf slides out cleanly with just a quick buttering. It's heavy enough to feel sturdy but not a pain to lift in and out of the oven, and the deep sides handled a tall pound cake without any overflow.
I’ve made three pound cakes in it already and each one slid out perfectly clean—the fluted edges give every slice that bakery-style finish. It’s heavy enough to feel sturdy but not awkward to handle, and it really does go straight from the oven to the table without needing a second dish.
